EXCHANGES

* We do not offer direct exchanges.

* If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees product availability.

 

 

RETURNS

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

* Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

* Any duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Clear images of the issue

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
